Three days at river and riverside

Lestijoki-river descends to the Gulf of Bothnia from Lestijärvi-lake, which glitters on the rare "Suomenselkä" 140 metres above sea level. At the upper reaches of the river there's a protectorate of wilderness. Bending, clear-watered river provides a variety of experiences for a fisher.

Day 1

• 2:00PM welcoming, guests take their rooms
• 3:00PM starting out a trek
• 6:00PM back to Pietilä, sauna

Day 2

• 8:00AM guide shows the programme of the day
• 8:15AM starting out a rivertrek
• 11:00AM lunch outdoors at Jatkonkoski
• 12:30AM rivertrek continues
• 3:00PM coffee at Raivio bridge
• 4:00PM get to know Paukaneva
• 6:00PM back to Pietilä, sauna
• 9:00PM evening meal and gathering around a campfire
